If you are thinking of having Allen Dailey Roofing (AKA Allen Dailey Home Improvement / A D Home Improvement) do work for you, keep the following in mind. Allen (A D) does not treat his employees well. He agrees to pay them a certain amount, then pays them something different. He ended up screwing my husband out of over $1,800 in wages. When my husband tried to talk to him about it, Allen left a note with his pay saying:
Now is not a good time to talk, but it’s my fault on some things that have happened lately. Mon. I’ll have a clearer mind about this situation. We’ll work it out I’m sure. AD
Monday came and went with no talking. Tuesday came and went with no talking. Wednesday came and went with no talking. My husband tried to talk to him numerous times over the few months prior to this. Whenever he would bring it up, A D would say “Now’s not a good time but we will talk soon”. Of course it wasn’t a good time. He knew that he owed my husband money and didn’t want to face it. My husband quit because Allan did not keep up his end of the employment agreement. When he went to unemployment, Allen lied to them and told them that my husband did not try to talk to him (even though we have PROOF and witnesses that my husband did try to talk to him). They denied my husband’s unemployment based on Allen Dailey’s lies.
Do you want to hire someone who treats his employees this way? This is not the first person he’s screwed over. SAD.

As you may know, my two kids are homeschooled. This is their senior year and we are planning their senior trip. We will be taking a trip out west to visit some of our nation’s great landmarks that they have learned about over the years.
In the past we’ve gone on educational trips with one or two other families or alone and my husband and I have just covered the cost of the trip. This time, we have told them if they want to go, they need to come up with ways to raise the money.
We do not have the large numbers of students to participate in traditional fund raising activities so the kids have to be “out of the box” thinkers on this one. They have come up with some great ideas to help raise the money they will need.
Well…my kids are becoming skilled negotiators. They have proposed to me that I go to my list of friends and family to help raise the money for the remainder of their trip. So…look below this post and you will see a “Donate” button. If you would like to donate and help pay for their senior trip, please feel free to send a donation. Any amount is fine. (They are also working on etiquette so please include your mailing address if you would like to be part of our etiquette project and receive a Thank You note in the mail.)
Thank you for your support!!

Here is one of the main things I’ve heard from my Blogging Course Participants – “I love to write, but don’t know how to do all of the technical things to optimize my blog” and “I don’t have time to learn all of the techy stuff to get my blog noticed by the search engines” and many other statements along the same line. I’ve come up with a solution for these people. I’ve put together a program where all you have to do is write your posts and I will do everything else. I’ll help with the look of the blog and do all of the technical background things that need to be done in order for your blog to show up near the top of the search engines. Just visit my other blog at http://RoxanneGreen.com and click on “Blog Maintenance” at the top for details.

Most of you know that I am a professional network marketer. I’ve done a lot of research the past few years and listened to a lot of the big income earners in this industry. One secret that I’ve learned is that in order to build a huge team of customers and business builders, you must have a product (or products) that need no explanation. For example, Avon is one of the largest network marketing companies there is. There is one simple reason for this. Look through an Avon catalog. Do you see any products in there that need videos, handout sheets, or presentations to explain them? Are there any products that people will say “Why in the world would I need that?” NO. They sell products that require no lengthy explanations and everyone knows what cosmetics, skin care, hair care, jewelry and all of the other things are. People buy these things anyway. They simply redirect money that they are spending now to a new store. That is why Avon has a high mix of customers and reps.
With the new FTC rulings, they are going to be looking at companies even closer. They want to know a few things. They want to know if the reps are buying more than their required autoship amount of product. They want to know if there are as many (if not more) “just customers” as there are reps. This is where having a competitively priced product is so very important.
After talking with and listening to many of these top income earners, they have all said the same thing. Having customers AND retaining them is the key to their success. The key is having a product that everyone purchases now and helping them get that product cheaper and of the same or better quality. That should not be hard for ANY network marketing company.
I have found a company just as I described. The products are something we all buy. We all use them. They require no special explanation. I don’t have to convince anyone that when they are living paycheck to paycheck that they have to spend money they don’t have on something new. I’ve already signed up product users because everyone uses these things anyway. Why wouldn’t someone want to spend less money to get products they use already?

Many companies make it really easy for unethical behavior to occur. They allow changes to be made to the organizational structure. One thing to look at is your upline view. You should be able to see a view of your three or four upline leaders. In any company, if it is possible to “gift” someone a pre-built downline, it’s also possible for deal making to happen.
There has been a lot of talk among the network marketing community about this person or that person buying a pre-built organization or being given a pre-built organization. One thing to be aware of is who is in your upline. For example, if someone joined the company after you did, and they are suddenly in YOUR upline, you know that a deal was made and this person was either sold or given a downline. This is HIGHLY unethical behavior.
The reason most “leaders” get away with it is because very few people ever look at their upline view. Once you join, you see who is in your upline support team and you rarely look upline again. This makes it easy for the unethical scammers out there to take advantage of you.
Before you read further, go to your company back office and look upline. Then come back here and finish reading.
What did you find? Does the upline view show you the join dates of those in your upline? Did all of your upline team members join the company before you did? If someone is there that joined after you, you need to ask yourself how this happened. You must ask who gave or sold them their pre-built downline. You must ask yourself “Is this a company/team that I want to be affiliated with?”

In order to have success in MLM / Network Marketing, you MUST be coachable! This is the MOST important factor. You must be willing to learn why you’ve been struggling and where you need to go from here. If you aren’t willing to accept the help of others who have had success, you are NOT COACHABLE.
But…I must caution you…don’t just blindly follow anyone. There are many people who will claim that they can teach you how to be successful. Not many can deliver on that promise. Only follow those who have a proven track record of success. This isn’t just one person having success, this is someone who can teach others how to have success.
I had a run in today with a truly un-coachable person. It was actually quite comical. She asked for help on a message forum. She received two replies to her request. Both replies gave almost the exact same advice. The advice came from two people who have PROVEN success. She proceeded to email both of us to tell us why we are wrong. HELLO????? She asks for help then tells those who provide it why they are wrong?? This is not a coachable person. This is someone who will remain stuck in her own little fantasy world where success does not exist until she gets sick of it enough to quit or accept the help of those who have gone before her.
This person went as far as to email me calling me names for trying to help her. I did a search on my emails and found out that she threw a similar little hissy fit about 4 months ago after I answered another question she asked. I really feel sorry for her. She is struggling and has had no success, but still refuses to accept the help of those who are trying to give her a hand. Instead, she tells us why we are wrong and calls us names. There are some people who are just not ready for the real world. It is sad.
Don’t be uncoachable like this poor, sad soul. If you ask for help, don’t bash those who offer it to you. Especially if those who are offering the help have achieved success. Especially if those who are offering the help are all saying the same thing.
If you are coachable and are struggling to have success in MLM, I can help. Visit here and get my free ebook. If you are UNcoachable, don’t bother - I can’t help you.

I’ve been away from my blogs for a while. THANK YOU for all of the emails and calls from my blog readers asking if I’m OK!! I’m more than OK - I’m absolutely wonderful.
I turned 42 on May 25. I got the best present ever - my boy (who is in a residential therapeutic facility) got to come home on a day pass. It was great!! He was able to get a pass last weekend and is home now until Sunday.
But…that’s not the reason I’ve been away from my blogs.
As you may know, I’m a life & career coach. Everyone needs a coach - even life and career coaches. I’ve been working with my career coach. My life was too “busy” with a lot going on but not a lot accomplished. I’m good at everything I do and I like everything I do. However, I eventually need to work toward one career. In a few years my Vitamark business will be able to sustain us income wise, however, I need something fulfilling to do in the meantime and beyond. I’ve narrowed it down to Virtual Assistant and Life/Career Coach. I love working with others and when I hear that the people I’m helping are living a better life because of the help I’ve given them, it makes me feel great!!
In honoring my decision to help others, I’ve greatly discounted the cost of my “You Can Redesign Your Life” 3 week course for my blog readers. Here’s what you need to do:
Visit YouCanRedesignYourLife.com to find out about it.
Come back here and click here to pay $49 instead of the regular$169 for the course. (I may take this offer away at any time so grab it now if you want it)
Many of last year’s participants have implemented what they learned and are now living more fulfilled lives than ever before.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life!! What will you do with it?

I’m officially only checking my twitter account once or twice a week. This has gotten WWWAAAYYYY out of hand. I’m what we call a blue. I get distracted easily. Twitter is distracting. I thought I would be “cool” and get one of the twitter tools for my desktop so I didn’t have to sit on twitter all day reading what is going on. OK. That worked great. I didn’t have to physically go to twitter. All of the twits twitterers tweeters I was following came directly to my desktop. I would get a pop up anytime someone I’m following made a tweet. WOW - that was a HUGE mistake for my blue personality. Talk about distracting.
The only way I see twitter working is if someone literally spends hours a day on there. So I’m tweeting and who is reading it? Only the people who happen to be online when I tweet (or have a tweet feed tool on their computer) and the people looking for new people to follow. I asked myself “is the time I spend on twitter worth the benefit I get from it?” The answer I came up with is a resounding NO.
Now, I’m sure some will disagree with me, but my time is worth more than that. I’ve neglected my blog to sit on twitter. I was looking for intelligent conversations I could join in on, but what I saw was not that. Maybe I was just on at the wrong time of day, but I do NOT have all day to waste sitting on twitter trying to find a good conversation that I can add to.
I was looking to see what the successful people on the internet are doing. Guess what? Most of them are NOT TWEETING. So I asked myself “Do I want to do what successful people do or do what unsuccessful people do?” The answer was do what successful people do. The successful people that I’m following do NOT tweet every day. They tweet occasionally.
So…this is why I am no longer going to be watching twitter for great conversations that I can join in on. I went out and found a couple of online groups of successful people who are running their own online businesses and making money. I choose to spend my time with these groups. I choose to read books and listen to great audios instead of doing the twitter thing.
Do what the successful people do and you, too, will find success.

It’s official. I’m in love with a man other than my husband.
Jeff Johnson of Underground Training Lab is awesome!! I have used Jeff’s free SEO blog software for quite a while now and always point anyone wanting a wordpress blog hosted on their own site to Jeff’s free software. What I didn’t realize is that Jeff has some amazing free content that most others would charge for. He has a TON of free content at Underground Training Lab and has some great tutorial videos on youtube.
When Jeff Johnson promotes something as an affiliate, you know it’s a good deal. He doesn’t promote just anything that comes along like some of the internet marketers out there. He doesn’t spam his list and he doesn’t promote EVERY joint venture he’s approached with. It has to be special for Jeff to send it to his list. If I know there’s a launch of a product that I like, I wait for Jeff’s links. I respect people who treat their lists like gold. Jeff does that. I can’t wait to meet him in person some day at one of his seminars.
If you haven’t checked out Jeff’s sites yet, visit the links above and get some free content. Sign up for his lists. You won’t get spammed and you will only get great content. Jeff’s a class act.
